About the Book:
Worldshaker
Col Porpentine knows his place in the world; at the top. He is a child of privilege, born into the Upper Class. When he is named as successor to his grandfather, the Supreme Commander if the juggernaut Worldshaker, his bright future has never been more assured. But when a Filthy girl seeks refuge in his cabin, nothing is clear anymore. Col has know since childhood that the Filthies are subhuman, dumb creatures good only for toiling Below and keeping Worldshaker moving. But Riff is quick and clever and shockingly beautiful, and her very presence tears Col’s carefully ordered world apart.
As Col begins to secretly spend more and more time with Riff, he is forced to question everything that he was raised to believe was true. And he realizes that if Riff is relling the truth, then his entire existence is based in terrible injustice. And Col himself may be the only person in the position to do soemthing about it-even if it means risking his entire future.
